1. Children are not permitted at the Clinic unless they are receiving a treatment.
2. The minimum age for selective Clinic treatments is 10 years old.
3. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment.
4. For children under the age of 10, written approval from management must be obtained at the time of booking.

1. Membership cancellation requires a 30-day advance written notification.
2. The minimum term for membership is three (3) months, which cannot be canceled.

Vaccination is not a requirement for attending Forever Young Skin and Beauty Clinic.

1. If a refund is applicable, we will inform you via email and process the return once we have received the item.
2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
3. If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
