Our Treatment Series is available for all Facials, Clinic Packages, Massage or Body Rituals. When you prepay for a set of five treatments upfront, you’ll receive a 20% discount through our exclusive ‘buy 4, get 5’ offer. All five treatments, including the complimentary session, must follow the same service type, duration, and value. Please note that this offer cannot be combined with other discounts or treatments.
By purchasing a Treatment Series, you’re securing a discounted rate that is not applicable to individual sessions if paid separately later. Treatment Series are standalone offers and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Full payment is required upfront before your first session. All prepaid Treatment Series expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law but will not be given for changes of mind
You may be eligible for an exchange or refund on a product or service if it meets any of the following criteria: it is faulty, unfit for its intended purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe, poses a safety risk, or significantly differs from its description or sample.
Treatment series are non-transferable and cannot be used by different individuals. Our standard cancellation policy applies, requiring at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. By purchasing a prepaid Treatment series, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
